This document outlines the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing use of the newtown platform. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.

Only users aged 18 and above are eligible to register. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Registration details must be accurate and up to date.
Deposits are processed instantly via approved payment methods. Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes upon successful KYC verification.
All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash before the wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
Players are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential. Newtown will never request your password through any communication channel.
Money laundering, fraud, use of unauthorised third-party software, and bonus abuse are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Any disputes will be addressed through our support team in the first instance. Final decisions based on server logs maintained by newtown are conclusive and binding.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and Newtown ("Platform", "We"). By registering, logging in, or using any part of the newtown platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with Privacy Policy ours and any applicable game rules or promotional terms. In the event of any conflict between those documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all other documents unless specifically stated otherwise.
To register and use the newtown platform, you must meet the following requirements:
Newtown reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player fails to provide satisfactory verification, the account may be temporarily suspended until the process is successfully completed. Registering with false information or another person's identity is a serious offence and may result in permanent account closure as well as appropriate legal action.
Each player is fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. This includes all bets placed, deposit and withdrawal transactions, and any communications sent through the account.
You are required to choose a strong password and keep it confidential. Newtown will never request your password via email, WhatsApp, Live Chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately to have it temporarily frozen.
You are responsible for ensuring your account information — including full name, phone number, and bank details — is always accurate and up to date. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same player's name. Requests to change the beneficiary name will not be entertained.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. If a player is found to hold more than one account — whether using a different name, phone number, IP address, or banking details — all such accounts may be suspended and their balances forfeited.
Newtown accepts deposits via a range of secure and approved payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation received from the payment provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and the player's account level. The latest limit information is available on the deposit page within your account. Newtown reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time based on operational requirements.
To comply with anti-money laundering requirements, newtown reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time, particularly for large deposits. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the deposit being held until verification is completed.
All transactions on the newtown platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment processor will be used, and newtown is not responsible for any exchange rate differences.
Players may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time, provided all of the following conditions are fully met.
All withdrawals require a successful KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This process involves identity verification through a valid document such as a MyKad or passport. KYC is typically completed in under one hour once complete documentation has been received.
Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds will be credited to your registered bank account within 15 to 30 minutes. In exceptional cases requiring additional verification, this may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party bank accounts.
If there is an active bonus in your account, the associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is approved. Winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
Newtown offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion.
Every bonus received comes with a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. This requirement is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion and is typically expressed as a multiple of the deposit or bonus amount.
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, systematically placing low-value bets to meet rollover requirements, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus conditions — is strictly prohibited. Such violations may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
Each bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
All games available on the newtown platform operate using an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and free from any form of manipulation.
In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, newtown will use server logs to determine the valid outcome. If the disruption prevents a game from being completed, the affected bets will be returned to the player's account. Newtown is not responsible for losses caused by interruptions to the player's internet connection.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the newtown platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
Newtown values your privacy. All personal data collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with Privacy Policy ours, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Your data is used solely for account management, transaction processing, KYC verification, and service improvement. We do not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or the relevant regulatory authority.
Newtown provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, newtown is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
Players may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be settled and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the player.
Newtown also reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, security threat, or any activity that breaches applicable laws. Account closure decisions made on these grounds are final.
Newtown reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
